Every install carries a written workmanship warranty detailed in your quote, separate from the manufacturer's product warranty. PGT and ViewLux offer their own glass and frame warranties, which we register on your behalf. Haven Standard Clause 4 requires we document what we found and what we installed, so your warranty file includes photos, measurements, and product serial numbers. No handshake promises; everything in writing.
